Cake Walk

My salad was a hit last night, but there was a slight miscommunication in the delegation department for the co-worker's going-away party, so it ended up being my salad + 5 cakes.  That's it.  No drinks, main dish, appetizers, soups, casseroles, or anything like that, just a red velvet cake, a carrot cake, two chocolate cakes, a chocolate and vanilla ganache marble cake...and a salad.  Best going away party dinner. Ever.
