the last night

Tonight is my last night until I am on call Thursday.  I am soooo tired.  In this stretch of nights I had a patient with the highest blood alcohol level I have ever seen.  To preface, .08 is the legal limit of alcohol to have in your bloodstream for operating a vehicle.  This individual came in at .475.  Literally, almost half of their blood was alcohol, and they were almost 6 times over the limit.  I am not sure how they were still alive.  Ca-razy!
