My day was busy and there were lots of patients. That is all I can think of right now. Here is a list of the positives for today:

none of my patients died - from natural causes or from me
I saved money by bringing my own lunch and not eating from the cafeteria
...
that's all I got. Overall it was a busy yet uneventful day...kind of weird patients, kind of a weird mood overall. I hope tomorrow is better.
